John Hadad

John Hadad is a Trinidadian entrepreneur, business leader, nature advocate, and tourism innovator whose work has helped shape both the economic and environmental landscape of Trinidad and Tobago. As co-founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the HADCO Group, he has spent more than three decades building one of the Caribbean’s most successful and diversified business enterprises, with operations spanning manufacturing, food and beverage, logistics, retail, services, and recycling.

Alongside his business career, John has been a passionate champion of Trinidad and Tobago’s natural and cultural heritage. An avid birder, hiker, and nature enthusiast, he has spent years exploring the country’s forests, wetlands, and coastlines and promoting the value of its extraordinary biodiversity. Through HADCO Experiences, he has helped develop innovative tourism initiatives that connect visitors with Trinidad and Tobago’s birds, wildlife, culture, and communities while demonstrating how conservation and sustainable tourism can support local livelihoods and economic development.
