Accommodation
Stay at Asa Wright Nature Centre for one night, set within a 1,500-acre protected forest in the Northern Range. The Centre offers comfortable accommodations, well-maintained trails, and outstanding birdwatching directly from the lodge.
Itinerary Highlights
- July 21 – Day 1: Arrival and Rainforest Birding: Arrive in Trinidad and transfer to Asa Wright Nature Centre. Enjoy afternoon birding around the Main House and veranda, followed by an evening opportunity to observe Oilbirds. Overnight stay.
- July 22 – Day 2: Forest Trails, Oilbird Cave, and Conference Transfer: Begin the day with early morning birding, followed by a guided walk along the Centre’s trails, including a visit to the Oilbird Cave. Afterwards, transfer to the conference venue.
