Airport Information
Plan to arrive at Piarco International Airport (POS), just a 40-minute drive from both hotels, for a smooth and convenient start to your conference experience!
Upon arrival, taxis and car rentals are available at the airport.
Important: All passengers must complete the online Arrival/Departure Card, available 72 hours before travel. Save or print the QR code receipt to present to officials. This process speeds up entry at the port and enhances your travel experience.
Visa Requirements
Please check visa requirements for Trinidad and Tobago based on your nationality. Apply early if a visa is needed.
- Visitors must have an onward or return ticket to travel to the destination.
- Persons entering Trinidad must have a valid passport (valid for six months after the date of their departure) from their country of citizenship.
- Visas are not required for most countries unless you plan to stay longer than 90 days.
